Hello, I’m E.C. Stevens—but some of you may know me by my real name, Steve Earnhart. I’ve spent my creative life moving between worlds: first as a touring and session bassist, then as a writer of comics and graphic novels, and now as a novelist. Storytelling has always been at the center of everything I do, whether it’s through music, illustrated panels, or the written word.

It's a gritty, werewolf-driven story about survival, transformation, forgiveness, and what happens when terror leaps from the rearview mirror to the present. Advocacy: Colon Cancer Awareness

This site isn’t just about my work. It's about something deeply personal: my battle with colon cancer. Since I was diagnosed with Stage 3C CRC in June 2020, I've undergone 3 rounds of chemotherapy, 1 round of radiation, and 6 major surgeries, all while excaltingto Stage 4. May seem like a lot, but it was all worth it, as I've been cancer free since mid-2024. I’m an advocate for colon cancer awareness and radical treatments, having effectively used a combination of traditional and holistic treatments in my own battle. Raising visibility for this disease, encouraging screenings, uplifting others, sharing developments in exciting new trials, and supporting ongoing research are causes close to my heart. Expect to see resources, thoughts, and stories here alongside my creative updates.

At its core, this website is about community and storytelling. Building connections with people who share a love of horror, comics, fitness, art, and real conversations about the things that matter. I’m excited to bring you along for the ride.
