Blog
On the bookshelves of your local bookstore, under the category of fitness and wellness, you’ll see a wide array of books that all tend to sound very similar. Almost every fitness book, magazine, and article reads something like an instruction or ‘how to’ manual – how to get toned abs, bigger arms, lose 30 pounds in 30 days and so forth - As if getting and staying healthy, fit, and lean comes down to a tidy list of ‘bullet’ points. Lost in the shuffle are the true answers we seek where it comes to health – what is real wellness? How do I express my fitness and physicality with beauty, passion, and joy? How do I live and age with grace?
I’m not going to tell you how to get toned arms, run faster, or lose your belly. Instead, my mission is to seek truth in wellness. In doing so, perhaps I can shed some light in what ails us collectively and how we can all find our way to real health and wholeness.
